I went on a fantastic cruise on the luxurious passenger ship, enjoyed breathtaking views on cycling routes, and had a great time at the cozy family business with plenty of fun activities.
The heavenly paradise of flowers didn't manage to impress me, maybe I'm just not a flower person after all.

The room was really nice and comfortable, and the staff at Moeke Mooren were excellent. They handled various issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. The outside and inside lounge areas of the hotel were also great, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel, right on a wide sweeping river, allowed us to experience the beautiful rural Netherlands. The food at the hotel was also delicious, offering a taste of traditional Dutch cuisine.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The room size was a bit small, and the decor and furniture in the separate building felt underwhelming for a 4-star hotel.

My stay at this hotel was for the purpose of experiencing the real, rural Netherlands. The location, right on a beautiful river with picturesque countryside, was perfect. The staff were the highlight of my stay, being accommodating, friendly, and speaking excellent English. The hotel had great lounge areas, both inside and outside. I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony, as it offers a lovely view. The food was also fantastic, with a menu that showcased authentic Dutch cuisine.
